Beautiful roads of Manali toward Sarchu are thrilling and inspiring enough to bring the traveller out of you. After having delicious and plate full of finger-licking breakfast, leave for village Sarchu (240 km) in which Rohtang Pass will be your first stop. Get a closer look at nature and lost in its beauty, where no internet and no workload to dilute your mind. Continue your drive while exploring the vistas of Tandi Keylong, Jispa, Darcha, Baralacha and reach Sarchu in the late evening. Leh is full of surprises and to get one, you need to begin your hunt. So, get up, have your breakfast and ready to lose in the picturesque landscapes of Pangong Lake, which is almost 149 KM from Leh that come in between the Thiksey Monastery before proceeding to Chang La. Located at the height of 4350 meters (14270 ft) in the Changtang region of Leh district, the beauty of the lake is spellbinding, which you will never get to witness in the hustle-bustle of the city. Known mainly for its colour changing properties and confuses travellers whether they are dreaming or is it truly a reality. After relishing the soul with refreshing vistas, it’s time to fuel your body too with tasty dinner and overnight stay at the hotel or camp.

Waking up to the gushing sound and mesmerizing vistas of Pangong Lake is a reality that makes you feel living in the dream. Capture the beauty in your mind and memories and leave for Leh from the same route. After reaching the Karu Road Junction, steer toward the Indus and take the road to Hemis. While being there, don’t miss the chance of appreciating the striking architecture of 17th Century Hemis Monastery - one of the largest and wealthiest monasteries in Ladakh. After done exploring, drive back to Leh, enjoy your dinner and take some rest at the hotel.

Start early in the morning to avoid the jam on Khardung La Pass – highest motorable pass. Also, the roads beyond the check post are bumpy but after that drive will be smooth, filled with majestic views of Diskit. On your way to Nubra Valley, there will be lots of breathtaking places, which you should shoot in your camera and memories for life. Later in the evening, visit Diskit Monastery and Sand Dunes in Hunder Village 7 KM from Diskit. Get back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Start your day with hot and relishing breakfast and drive back to Leh via the same route you come from. Overnight stay and dinner will be at the hotel.

The day will be free for you to explore the local market from where you can shop local mementoes for taking back as a memory. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Post breakfast, get ready for your drive to Kargil via Alchi Monastery (hot lunch at Alchi) Sangam (confluence of rivers Indus and Zanskar). Also, don’t miss the chance to witness the Magnetic Hills that defines gravity and create a great illusion. After spending a relaxing time, begin your drive to Kargil via Lamayuru Monastery – one of the oldest monasteries of Ladakh and is famous among the tourists and locals alike for its rich wall paintings, scriptures and statues of Buddha and other deities, collection of Thangkas, murals. Afterwards, Lamayuru will be the next stop, known for a similar landscape like Lunar Terrain. By the evening, reach Kargil and check in to the hotel. Stay overnight to relax.

After a relaxing night, kick start your day with delightful breakfast and be ready to drive to Srinagar via Vijay Smarak (Kargil War Memorial) and the legendary Tiger Hill. Both places are beautiful and must-visit. After leaving the Drass via the Zoji la Pass, enter to the spectacular Sonmarg. Continue the drive till reaching Srinagar by the late evening. Dinner will be at the hotel/houseboat and overnight stay at the hotel.
